Refund policy

 

1. Try Before You Keep

When receiving your order, you may try the items while the courier is still present. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately with the courier and only cover the shipping fees.

•Partial acceptance is not allowed so in case of ordering multiple items, you may either receive the entire order or return the entire order.

2. Returns & Exchanges After Delivery

If you decide to return or exchange your order after the courier has left, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.

•The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

3. Shipping Fees

•The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

•For exchanges, the customer will cover the new shipping fees.

•For refunds, the new shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
